Welcome to our Faith Formation Program! We are so excited to start a great year with your families!

- We are so excited to start another great year! We will be having our 2nd Annual Family Mass at Corpus Christi on September 11th at 6:30 p.m. with a light lunch and refreshments afterwards. Classes start Wednesday, September 18th, 2024.
  
  **Grade 1- Grade 5 will meet Wednesday afternoons from 1:30-2:40 p.m. Students will ride the bus from Medford Public School to the Religious Ed Center.
  
  **Grade 6 - Grade 10 meet Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
  
  **Cost is $100/student and $50 for each additional student.
  
  After you register, you will receive more information. We are always looking for new catechists and volunteers so please consider joining us!
  
  ** Note- Online classes are available but limited.

- Registration and Payment Agreement:
  
  The financial impact of participating in the Faith Formation and Youth Ministry Program on our families is a primary concern of our Parish. Tuition rates are set after careful analysis to provide the highest quality program for the least cost. This amount is subsidized by contributions from Christ the King and a variety of fundraisers and donations. When you submit the registration, you will recieve an invoice with the total by email.
  
  Tuition rates are $100 for the first child, and $50 for each additional student (Max $250/family). Online and book options are $40 each to cover online access fees and materials.
  
  As members of our Catholic community, I/we acknowledge and understand the importance of continuous Faith Formation in the daily life of our family youth. By submitting this registration form, I/we freely choose to enroll our family youth in the Faith Formation and Youth Ministry program and agree to abide by its rules and regulations. I/we agree to support the ongoing goals of the program by making tuition payments according to the schedule selected.
